This kit was designed so that anyone can install it and includes a detailed instruction booklet to help facilitate installation. The wiring harness that comes with the kit contains all connectors already installed and can be customized based on where the key switch is mounted. This kit eliminates most wires, handlebar controls, unneeded sensors, and relays on a stock Sportster. The Sportster Treatment Wiring Kit for 2004-2006 Harley-Davidson Sportster Models. That is, there is a conflict issue if you have a security system on your motorcycle. It does have the wiring to retain your VOES switch. This wiring harness kit is NOT compatible with bikes equipped with a TSSM (turn signal security module) this kit will only work with stock TSM (turn signal module) installed. It is best used for custom motorcycles where you want to eliminate all wiring other than what is required to make the bike run and have headlight, running and tail lights. It also does not have wiring for running a speedometer or warning lights. You will need a chopper style throttle housing before installation. This kit does not have any wiring for the stock turn signal module or turn signals.
